A Platform that Provides Impact

Who said you can’t have your head in the clouds when running a business? Prudent’s Salesforce Service for NPOs allows you to dream big and achieve your dreams!

As a nonprofit organization, Prudent’s Salesforce Service recognizes the impact you strive to make on your community. Technology is the most powerful way to connect and impact your community while building relationships.

Prudent’s Salesforce NPO is a platform meant for impact – an impact that matters. You can transform your process, empower your team, and fast-track your goals. At first, it may seem easy to maintain all the information about donors, volunteers, and donations. Still, if your goal is to grow your organization, it may be impossible to keep everything updated manually. That is why a scalable system, one that will grow with your organization’s needs, is so important to invest in.

CRM, or customer relationship management, is the act of building relationships and engaging in communities, and with Salesforce – you can take your customer relationships to a whole new level. With better visibility comes breaking down siloes within the organization, enabling you and your team to work together to achieve your mission and drive an impact.

Empower your Nonprofit with Nonprofit Cloud

Nonprofit Cloud is the only platform for nonprofits to manage their entire organization. Nonprofit Cloud can do everything from tracking and measuring your impact in real-time, raising funds with insights on donors, and following your volunteer’s journey.

You can:

  • Manage your entire mission with one integrated platform.
  • Communicate with clients to ensure transparency while fulfilling promises and optimizing programs to increase impact.
  • Have a unified view of all your supporters to track donor experience and fundraising performance.
  • Use insights to create a personalized experience for all constituents to build trust and lasting experiences.

What can the Nonprofit Cloud do for you?

Knowing where to start with the Nonprofit Cloud can be the biggest challenge, as many options and features can be customized to provide you with information on a large platform.

Here are six main aspects of the Nonprofit Cloud.

  1. Program Management

Managing a program efficiently means a couple of different things. It is only possible to do this by ensuring you’re tracking processes and measuring outcomes. Every nonprofit has unique programs and different ways of managing these programs. With Salesforce’s flexibility and customizable org, you can embrace program management and ensure you are keeping track of everything important to you. With the centralized platform, you can monitor progress, track outcomes, effectively plan and execute programs, manage resources and budgets, and collaborate with stakeholders. You can achieve higher efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency by better managing your programs.

  1. Case Management

Case management was built to accommodate real users of the product, from case and program managers to Salesforce Administrators who would be the ones to implement the technology. Using input from all users of the Cloud, Salesforce has created the Cloud to mimic how service providers use the tool and make it easier to use. With Case Management, you can manage client intake and referrals, organize your home page by displaying client meetings, tasks, or incidents, create case notes and tag specific notes for easy access, set up recurring services to save time and manual data entry for groups or individuals, create case plans, and conduct assessments of your clients by comparing their growth to their baseline when they first entered your program.

With Case management, you can ensure no client falls through the cracks!

  1. Fundraising

A complete view of every donor and supporter is integral to building long-term relationships. With Nonprofit Cloud, you can see all the relevant donor information in one place, allowing you to collaborate and engage with supporters. You can gain insights into where your supporter is in their journey. You can even use analysis features to determine when they may be losing interest and determine personalized ways to re-engage them. With this tool, you can track donor engagement and interactions and segment donors for targeted outreach.

  1. Grantmaking

With the grantmaking tool on Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, you can develop a strong relationship with all your stakeholders, optimize fund management with data and real-time insights to help you make data-driven decisions, and manage an entire lifecycle by connecting grants and programs in one system. Keeping track of grants can be time-consuming, so the Cloud allows you to connect grants and programs in one system, improve management and transparency, and help you speed up investments by streamlining programs with adaptable systems.

Using the Nonprofit Cloud, you can send stakeholders the necessary information and personalize the messages. The Nonprofit Cloud allows you to maximize & share your impact and understand the outcomes. When you know what programs perform best, you can target the right people with the right messages at the right time and even understand your investments further by analyzing trends to make decisions with real-time data.

  1. Engagement

Are you engaging with your community enough? Is your message reaching to the right people? Are you growing as you have hoped?

You may ask these questions yourself and even find that it is not easy to measure engagement and growth in your nonprofit. That is why the Nonprofit Cloud connects channels to reach the right people and helps you know what is happening at the right time. To foster engagement, Nonprofit Cloud can provide effective communication, help your volunteers connect with relevant and meaningful opportunities, and help you organize community events to get the community involved in your mission. Strong engagement leads to increased support and sustainable relationships, enabling you to have a higher impact.

  1. Analytics

Your nonprofit needs access to accurate analytics to make crucial decisions for your future. Tracking metrics is the only way to measure KPIs in real-time and allows you to know many different things, such as donation, volunteer, and donor information. Everything is intertwined in the Nonprofit Cloud. Using analytics, you can improve fundraising as it is possible to track who is losing interest in your organization, amongst other things.

Nonprofit Cloud Implementation Guide

Nonprofit Cloud is continually being updated, with a new vision announced in March 2023.

In the Nonprofit Cloud, you can use household accounts to manage entire groups of people at once. To create a household account, make a new contact while leaving the account field empty. Salesforce will automatically assume it is a household account. To add members to the household, you can navigate to the ‘manage household’ button next to ‘new address.’

You can manage donations and fundraising, especially recurring donations that automatically create donation records for the amount and time you select.

Membership levels can be tracked in account and contact records and are used to incentivize higher donations by offering exclusive benefits to higher donors. In the membership information section, you can view current membership status, levels, donation amounts, and more.

Create engagement plans to automatically provide users with actions after a donor interacts with the organization that keeps users engaged. These actions can include a personalized email that you can write using the Cloud as it provides specific insights into the donor, a follow-up phone call, or even sending a thank-you gift directly to the donor. The opportunity tab will automatically show you these tasks so users can track when and how they interact with donors.
