About Client

Challenge

  • Client wanted to migrate their existing Salesforce Sales Cloud to a more user-friendly and visually appealing interface.

  • Additionally, they needed to integrate CTI to enhance their call management capabilities.
  • A key pain point was the time spent by users switching between Salesforce and other websites, which reduced overall productivity.

Our Solution

  • To address these challenges, we implemented Salesforce Experience Cloud, transforming the UI into a more intuitive and engaging platform. The new UI was designed with user experience in mind, making it easier for agents to navigate and perform tasks.
  • We also integrated CTI, allowing agents to make and manage calls directly within Salesforce. This integration streamlined the customer service process, enabling agents to respond more quickly and effectively to customer inquiries.
  • To further enhance productivity, we developed a custom browser extension that allows users to access Salesforce data while browsing other websites. This innovation eliminated the need for constant switching between platforms, allowing users to work more efficiently.
